Processing is conducted under Contract, Legal Obligation, and Public Task where applicable.

Data sharing & access

Access to referral and EHCP data is strictly restricted to authorised Directors.

Recipients & systems

Personal data may be processed using ExpertSpace, Stripe, Square, GoCardless, Xero, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.

Retention

Referral and EHCP data is retained for the duration of provision and for three years after last contact.
