If you are not ready to complete a full EOTAS referral yet, you can talk it through with us first.
This is a short conversation to help us understand what is happening now, what your child or young person may need, and whether BHVA could be the right next step.
It is a starting point, not a commitment.
You can book a 20-30 minute phone call or a 30-45 minute in-person visit with Beccy or Lindsey.
Parents and carers welcome. Young people are also welcome to attend if that feels right for them.
This page is for you if:
you are exploring EOTAS support
you are unsure whether BHVA is the right fit
you want to ask questions before making a referral
you would like to meet us before hearing more information
your child or young person may want to see the space or meet us first
you are trying to work out what the next step should be
You do not need to have everything worked out before booking.
The conversation is there to help make things clearer.
The conversation is not a formal assessment and it does not guarantee provision.
It is a change to talk through before deciding whether a full EOTAS referral is the right next step.
We can talk through where things are currently, what has been difficult, and what support your child or young person may already have in place.
We can explore their needs, interests, communication style, confidence, emotional wellbeing and what might help them feel safe enough to begin.
We can discuss whether BHVA may be suitable, whether a full EOTAS referral is needed, and what information would help us understand things properly.

Use the embedded calendar to choose a phone call or in-person visit.

Complete the short form below so we know who we are speaking to and what you would like to talk about.

You will speak with Beccy or Lindsey. We will listen, answer initial questions and help you'd decide whether an EOTAS package at BHVA feels like the right next step.
Please choose a time in the calendar, then complete the short form.
This helps us understand the basics before we speak, without asking you to complete a full referral.
After the conversation, we will agree what the next step should be.
That might be:
completing a full EOTAS referral
sharing an EHCP or other key information
arranging a further visit or conversation
exploring whether Connect Group may be suitable later
deciding that BHVA is not the right next step at this time.
If a full referral feels right, we will direct you to the EOTAS referral form.
If BHVA may be suitable we will use the referral information to consider provision and, where appropriate, write a bespoke proposal.
You do not need to make a decision before we speak.
The conversation is there to help you understand your options.
Sometimes the easiest first step is not a form.
Sometimes it is a conversation.
