Squad Terms & Conditions

Fees and Payment

All Squad fees must be paid according to the agreed terms at sign-up. Participants with outstanding fees may be restricted from attending sessions. A 10% late fee is added for overdue payments, without exceptions.

For half-term/full-term bookings, missed sessions will not be refunded as they are part of the group booking.

Attendance

Absences must be communicated in advance via email to [email protected] with the participant's name, date, and reason for absence. For last-minute absences due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, notify us via email or call 01536 691540. If no answer, please leave a voicemail. Participants are expected to arrive 5 minutes early for BHVA Studios sessions. For School Squads children will be escorted from classes to the session at the end of the school day. Timely notification is required for late arrivals, using the contact methods above.

Behaviour and Conduct

Respectful behaviour towards all members and staff is mandatory. We have a zero-tolerance policy for verbal or physical abuse, leading to immediate dismissal from the session. Use of electronic devices is not allowed during sessions unless specified by the tutor.

General Policies

BHVA is not responsible for lost property. Valuables should not be brought to sessions. Any required uniform items for performances will be communicated well in advance. Parents/Guardians must be reachable at all times during sessions and are responsible for updating emergency contact and medical information. Prohibitions include chewing gum, glass bottles, smoking on premises, and consumption of food or drink (except water) during classes. Our open-door policy encourages feedback and discussions via booked appointments or email communication.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

BHVA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions with a two-week notice provided in writing to participants.

Agreement

Participation in Squads signifies agreement to these Terms and Conditions for the duration of enrolment.
